Initiating: we work with our clients to define a new project or a new phase of an existing project by obtaining complete understanding of your needs to progress to the project scope phase.

Planning: we then consult with our clients to establish the scope of the project, refine the objectives, and define the course of action required to attain the objectives that the project is expected to achieve.

Executing: we work closely with our clients to complete the work defined in the project management plan to meet the project specifications.

Monitoring and Controlling: we have processes to track, review, and regulate the progress and performance of the project; identify any areas in which changes to the plan are required; and initiate changes in consultation with our clients. We can provide periodic project reports as part of the project management plan.

Closing: we finalise all activities and provide a handover report to formally close the project or phase.
